To grow Erie County’s inner-city with strategic investments, ECGRA has partnered with Bridgeway Capital for over six years to advance its mission to develop Erie's entrepreneurial ecosystem by spurring small business development.  Bridgeway is a CDFI extending access to affordable and flexible capital to under-resources, underestimated small and minority businesses and non-profits.

To build an inner-city small business support system, ECGRA invested $50,000 in the Urban Erie Community Development Corporation in 2014. These funds are at work behind the scenes impacting the city of Erie’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
